Junior Pope, a Nollywood actor, and Jennifer Awele, his wife, have welcomed their third child — a baby boy — together.
The movie star, whose real name is Pope Obumneme Odonwodo, broke the good news on his Instagram page on Tuesday.
He, however, did not reveal when the family welcomed the new baby — christened Jamon Adimchinobi Odonwodo.
The movie star expressed his excitement at the development, noting that the baby joined the family at “a perfect time when the earth needs cleansing.”
“Unto us a child is born……….swagnation God has done it again for my family……..welcome to earth son, Jamon Adimchinobi Odonwodo,” he wrote.
“What a time to join us, a perfect time when the earth needs cleansing, just when the nation needs a rebirth.
“You are going to be great and do great things, I love you son and thank you for choosing my family……God is the greatest.”
Pope tied the knot with Awele in 2014. Their new baby means that the union has now been blessed with three boys.
The father of three has featured in several Nollywood hit movies including ‘Secret Adventures’ and ‘The Generals’.
He has also snagged strings of awards including ‘Most Promising Actor in Nigeria’ at the City People Entertainment Awards.
