Solomon Buchi, the relationship influencer, is facing backlash after his comment linking Boko Haram to Islam.

This criticism follows the recent attack in Plateau state that claimed over 160 lives on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Buchi alleged that the killings in the Middle Belt and Northern Nigeria are affiliated with “Islamic terrorist groups”.

“But they are also killing Muslims in northern/middle belt Nigeria. It is not only Christians,” he wrote.

“Who is killing them? Who? Islamic groups! Okay, mention one Christian group mass killing Northern Muslims. Will you?

“The killings of Northern/Middle Belt Christians that affect Muslims are not done by RCCG or Winner Chapel members.

“It is perpetuated by Islamic terrorist groups.”

His comment has sparked criticism on X, with users accusing him of not having enough knowledge of Islam and inciting violence.

“Ok, Solomon Buchi is an IPOB terrorist. It is clear now,” a user claimed.

“But for him to say Boko Haram guys are Muslims? That is 99% stupidity. Why? I do not think he understands how this country works (in terms of security),” another wrote.
