The resort is believed to house the only confluence of warm and cold-water springs in the world. The warm and cold springs of Ikogosi flow to a point where they meet, with both springs maintaining their thermal properties.

The meeting point of the warm and cold springs is a unique attraction to tourists.

Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort is managed by Glocient Hospitality Limited, which is part of a diversified group of companies owned by entrepreneur Niyi John Olajide.
