There was an abundance of food, drinks, fun and games on Monday, December 12 when the Fiesta of Flavours held at Harbour Point, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The second edition of the First Bank-sponsored event was much anticipated, largely due to the immense buzz and pre-event publicity.

While the culinary journey was one to remember, attendees would be quick to forget the scorching sun.

The two-day food and beverage Fair themed “Food, Fun and Family” lived up to its name as there were series of activities for virtually everyone in attendance while there was hardly anyone who wasn’t spoilt for choice in the presence of such a wide array of delicacies.

Fiesta of Flavours showcased the best in local and international cuisine, cutting edge food technology and cooking techniques, as well as the best beverages and wines the world has to offer.

The fair featured competitions, food demonstrations and performances from musicians and comedians.

“We are keen on promoting a united community through the arts and Fiesta of Flavours would bring youths and families together to enjoy the entertainment value of food,” said Folake Ani-Mumuney, FirstBank’s group head, marketing & corporate communications.

Fiesta of Flavours was put together by Eventful Limited, a renowned event management company.
