Opeyemi Rahim, the Nigerian singer better known as Lyta, has come through with a new single titled, ‘Formula’.

The ‘Monalisa’ crooner announced the release of the track via his social media pages. He also featured Mohbad in the track.

In the song, the singers croon about their journey to fame and the struggles they had to overcome to get to stardom.

“I am the star of the moment/ Them shot the door me I fly fence/ Demma throw shot me I no send/ Fire can’t cool Omo no rest ooo/ Making money be the formula/ Gbedu wey bad burst your mendular/ Ajegunle down To Banana/ Lyta everybody them know,” they sing.

Lyta ventured into music at a young age. His journey to fame, however, began when he signed into YBNL, Olamide’s record label, in 2018.

He left YBNL in 2019 and was signed to Marlian Music, a label owned by Naira Marley, in 2020.

Mohbad, another Marlian Music signee, is gradually establishing a name for himself in the Nigerian music industry with a number of hits to his credit.
