Iyanya, the Nigerian singer, has come through with his new single titled ‘Sinner’.
The ‘Kukere’ crooner took to his social media pages on Wednesday to announce the much-anticipated song — featuring BNXN, the singer.
In the track, the songwriter hails his lover in the Akwa Ibom language, while requesting “timeless love”.
“Girl I fit make you shiver/ come to Minna/ Emi Michael Power/ Dem do the things we dey do for corner/ Sensimena just dey burst for corner/ Even if she lie I go still believe her/ Na you were fit turn a man to sinner/ And I swear you need to surrender/ If you are in Akwa Ibom si ke diise/ That girl move your waist/, ” BNXN sings.
“Omoge jeka soro darling darling/ Sho ma bami soro to ba dale/ You dey gimme o pami pami/ Whine am me cause calamity,” Iyanya adds.
‘Sinner’ is produced by Real Shuga Vybz.
Born Iyanya Mbuk, the 36-year-old musician rose to stardom after he emerged as the winner of the first season of Project Fame West Africa.
He would later release his debut album in 2011.
The singer co-founded the record label MMMG with Ubi Franklin, the music executive, the same year.
In July, Iyanya revealed that his four-year hiatus from music was for his mental health.
