Lara Olokotun, the shoe vendor better known as Larrit, has warned Mercy Aigbe, the Nollywood actress, against provoking her.

Larrit and Aigbe had on Monday engaged in a heated confrontation at a party in Lagos.

In an Instagram post, Larrit warned Aigbe to leave her name out of any discussion on social media.

“Listen carefully, this is social media, public platform. Don’t call my name to address issues you don’t want me to react to, period,” she wrote.

“I have ignored every urge to explain and shalaye, I didn’t mention anyone name to chase clout because that what you social media people will turn it into. So, pls do not trigger me by calling my name henceforth.”

Although she did not mention any name, her post comes a few hours after the actress took to her social media page to explain her side of the story.

Aigbe alleged that Larrit is a “bully. The actress also claimed the entrepreneur has been trying to “rubbish” her at every opportunity on social media.

“This woman, for reasons best known to her slanders me online at every opportunity she gets. She has done many live videos and posts to this effect,” she had written.

“I tried to reach out to her to understand what the issues were, but she chose to ignore me.”
