The 2020 comedy-drama movie ‘Introducing the Kujus’ is getting a sequel that stars Don Jazzy.

The feature film featured Timini Egbuson, Femi Jacobs, and Bimbo Ademoye and was set in Badagry, Lagos.

It focused on one young woman’s love for her family and how this love reunites the family to end old feuds.

After two years of its release, the AMVCA-award-winning film is now getting a sequel titled ‘The Kujus Again’.

The sequel is starring the music bigwig Don Jazzy, and the actors Bisola Aiyeola, Bimbo Ademoye, and Kunle Remi.

Distributed by Filmone, the new feature film is billed to hit Nigerian cinemas nationwide on Friday, April 21.

‘Introducing The Kujus’ earned critical acclaim among the top movies of the year at the 2022 AMVCA.

It got four nominations including two “Best Actor in A Drama”, a “Best Art Director”, and a “Best Writer” category.

Playing a role in the sequel to the film, Don Jazzy transitions from acting in comedy skits to the big screen.

‘The Kujus Agaian’ is directed by Biodun Stephen and co-produced by Bisola Aiyeola.

It is to follow a similar storyline, where the siblings will be at loggerheads and never agree.

They detest each other but will do anything for each other when the need arises, no matter the cost.

Among the stars in ‘Introducing The Kujus’ who also reconnect in the sequel are Bisola Aiyeola, Femi Jacobs, Bimbo Ademoye, MC Lively, Kunle Remi, Timini Egbuson, Mimi Onalaja, Chris Iheuwa, and Ronke Odusanya.
