Akpotha had alleged an attack by thugs at her polling unit during the presidential election on February 25.

On her part, Kate Henshaw claimed she was attacked by Rashidat Adu, chairman of the Eti-Osa LGA.

The actress, however, declared that the alleged intimidation and attacks won’t deter her from exercising her franchise.

“I can’t even believe it because this is absolute bullshit. INEC, I’m ashamed,” she said.

“I get to my polling unit and I find out that they moved us to a rural area.

“The queue, everything was going peacefully, next thing, touts started hanging around, if you bring out your phone to even making a call, they start beating you up.

“They scattered the whole table and started beating people up. There was no security.

“As we were moving out, my friend that was with me, a random guy started chasing him and beating him, saying that he is an Igbo man, that he should go back to Anambra to go and vote. Who does that? You guys are evil, you knew what you were doing.

“Anyway, I’m going home, I’m no superhero, I’m going to my house because this is rubbish.”
