Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of Femi Fani-Kayode, has addressed rumours claiming she has reconciled with the former minister.

Chikwendu has been in a legal tussle for the custody of her four children since her marriage to Fani-Kayode hit the rock in 2020.

The marriage suffered a setback over Chikwendu’s claim of domestic violence and the ex-minister’s counterclaim of infidelity.

In 2022, the pair sparked rumours that they were back together after they were seen together at events.

Chikwendu also visited the house of Fani-Kayode on a couple of occasions.

But the mother of four said they were only on good terms because of their children, adding that they live separately.

But in a now-deleted post via her Instagram story, Chikwendu said she has “refused to fuel the narrative that we are an item”.

The ex-beauty queen described Fani-Kayode as a “narcissist and toxic manipulator” whom she “cut off”.

She alleged that she was reported to the president by her estranged husband, who wants her to give the impression they are back together as a couple.

“This narcissist is so pained. I am told I was reported to the President who you claim is coming after me this time for cutting off a toxic manipulator who thinks the world revolves around Aso drive,” she wrote.

“National issues don finish? Just because I refused your fueling the narrative that we are an item.

“Anyway, this time is different. You can only manipulate the boys for 5 years max. After that, they will be your karma.

“I’m not even fighting anymore. They will come looking for me at the right time. Till then, let me be enjoying my vacation that is traumatizing you.”

The post has stirred a wave of mixed reactions on social media.
