Banky W, the Nigerian music executive, and Adesuwa Etomi, his wife, are expecting their second child.
Etomi took to Instagram on Monday to announce her pregnancy. The actress also showed off her baby bump while wearing a flowy dress.
“First, we had each other, then we had your brother. Then God sent you and now? Now we have everything,” she wrote.
The announcement has garnered an outpouring of love and congratulations from fans and colleagues alike.
In November 2017, Banky tied the knot with Adesua in South Africa. The couple welcomed their first child Hazaiah Olusegun Wellington in 2021.
Banky had previously said that fatherhood is “my favourite job description”.
“The boy is so full of life. He is everything we hoped for and more. Every morning, I’m the first person he sees, before his mom or the nanny,” he said.
“When he wakes, I do the first duty: I take him out of bed, clean his diapers, feed him, play with him. We have our bonding moment. I’m a loud and proud hands-on father.”
Last month, the singer-turned-politician announced his relocation to the United States with his family.
Etomi, on the other hand, made her acting debut in 2014 with the movie ‘Knocking On Heaven’s Door’.
She has since starred in several films including ‘The Wedding Party’, ‘King of Boys’, ‘Sugar Rush’, and ‘Gangs of Lagos’ among others.
