As the new school year is about to begin, students all over the world are bleeding with anxiety.
Some excited for the new prospects, others dreading the system as a whole.
Babcock University, Seventh Day private learning institution, has made a few reformations to its handbook and students are livid.
The statement reads:
Due to some visible hazards (near fire outbreaks in the rooms) observed by the University administration, the university has decided that henceforth:
- Cooking is disallowed in the halls of residence as stated in the Student handbook.
- Indomie (raw and cooked) will no longer be allowed in the halls of residence.
- Food from home must be brought only in plastic containers
- ONLY table top sized refrigerators will be allowed in the halls of residence.
The news got undergraduates pouring out their opinions all over social media.
Comments from students ranged from “they must be joking” to “thank God I’m done with Babcock… these rules no follow”.
On the issue of face caps during the summer semester, the ‘KDS’ has already started enforcing the rule on campus.
It has been rumored that the reason for this rule is because students hide unapproved hairstyles under the caps.
