Bukky Adekogbe Raji, the Yoruba actress fondly called Aminatu Papapa, and Adunni Ade have engaged in a heated war of words on Instagram.
Millions of Nigerians took to the polls on Saturday to elect the presidential candidate of their choice out of 18 contestants.
The drama between the two actresses started after Adunni took a swipe at celebrities who are supporting a presidential candidate — although she didn’t mention names.
She also claimed some of her colleagues wasted two months of their lives to campaign for the presidential candidate and were paid a meagre “N90,000”.
“This is me not bashing anyone. I don’t give two sh**s who you decide to vote for. Who paid you to vote for them? I don’t care who you are. Who you are rooting for? It is none of my business. I don’t care,” she said.
“This one I’m saying it now. You guys fought yourself. You were fighting each other. They paid you guys peanuts.
“I have a screenshot of someone who got N90,000 after wasting his damn life for two months campaigning for someone. As much as I am managing. As I am a single mother, N100,000 is nothing for me to dash someone.
“You were under the sun, receiving abuses, curses in your head. And at the end of the day, only N90,000 entered your pocket. You are not ashamed.
“Vote for whoever you want to vote for. But let your conscious prick you.”

Aminatu Papapa, who seemed displeased by Adunni’s remarks, wondered why she is furious over their support for Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
She said they are backing Tinubu because of the love “we have for Asiwaju” and not for monetary benefits.
“Adunni Ade or what are they calling you? Are you crazy? You said some people went to work for 40 days and at the end of the day the money they were given is peanut. What’s your on there? Did they tell you we went there because of money? Or the love we have for Asiwaju?” she asked in a video shared on Instagram.

“If Oluomo even calls us we’d go there. It’s more than enough. Please for God’s sake, who are those giving you the false information that you are happy while you are swallowing it? Who are you?
“Oluomo is giving you money and you’re collecting it and you are making jest of his candidate.
“If you allow me to start with you, you won’t finish it. Police is going to arrest everybody.”
Apparently furious, Adunni Ade took to the comment section of Aminatu’s post to hit back at her.
“Iya e ya were my dear! Elenu pelebe! You can’t tend on this glory,” she wrote.
Adunni also challenged Aminatu to a physical fight.
