They are healthy and can be taken for relaxation, diet and any other reason. Smoothies are easy to make; all you need is a blender, ice and different fruits of your choice.
Here are recipes for 10 different smoothies that involves almost no stress.
To make this smoothie, you will need pineapple chunks and milk (almond or coconut milk).
Put frozen pineapple chunks and milk in a blender and blend till it reaches the desired consistency.
Place seedless grape, spinach, ice and coconut milk in a blender. Blend it till it becomes smooth.
The items needed to make this smoothie are fresh pineapple, fresh orange juice, chopped carrot, banana and ice.
Put all these in a blender at once and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Soak unsalted cashew nuts in a glass of water and keep in a refrigerator overnight.
Add ice, banana and maple syrup then blend till it reaches the desired consistency.
The ingredients needed are mango, yogurt, milk, honey and ice.
Blend all the ingredients together till you get the desired consistency.
Soak dates in a glass of milk and place in a refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until the dates have softened.
Add ice and then blend until you get the desired consistency.
Place strawberries, plain yogurt and shredded coconut in a blender and blend till it is smooth.
To make this smoothie, you will need a banana, peanut butter and cocoa powder. You can add milk or yogurt.
Blend all together and voila, the smoothie is ready.
For this smoothie, you need a bell pepper (stem and seeds removed), a peeled orange and a tablespoon of coconut oil. Blend all the ingredients together.
Blend one peeled chopped apple, about half inch peeled ginger, juice from two limes, some honey, water and ice together to enjoy an apple and ginger smoothie.
