Sidiku Buari, father of Nadia Buari, a Ghanaian actress, has tackled a radio presenter who requested to know if he’s truly the film star’s biological father.
During an interview with Okay FM, the Ghanaian musician and former athlete suddenly flared up after the show’s host repeatedly quizzed him on matters pertaining to his family.
“This is where you create confusion between father and son. To tell you the truth, whenever you’re asking a question, you must know the type you ask,” he said.
“But you call me here for one thing and you’re asking another. The media, that’s what they do sometimes. You don’t try to create confusion and problem in the family.”
The question came on the back of speculations that Nadia was adopted after her biological father had allegedly abandoned her, one which Siduki relentlessly spoke his mind about.
Nadia moved from Ghanaian films to Nollywood in 2008. Her breakthrough role in Nigeria’s film industry came in the film ‘Beyonce & Rihanna’ which also starred Omotola Ekeinde.
Other notable Nollywood films that also starred the much-revered Ghanaian actress include ‘Rough Rider’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ‘Holding Hope’, and ‘Single and Married’.
