Oluwatoyin Bayegun, Nigerian comedian better known as Woli Arole, and Yemi, his wife, have welcomed their first child together.
The comedian announced the baby’s arrival in an Instagram post on Sunday, wherein he expressed his joy at becoming a father.
In the post, the entertainer appreciated God for the gift of a child and also showered praises on his wife.
“There are some testimonies you can’t share wearing clothe. God has blessed our family with a bouncing baby boy,” he wrote.
“Woli Arole the latest daddy in town. God bless you. God bless you my wife.
Yemi you’re God’s gift to me.
“Incase you see me dancing around today or smiling up and down, don’t ask me why oooo. I’m a daddy.”
In March, the comedian had proposed to Yemi, his friend of six years, while the lovebirds tied the knot a month after.
Woli Arole had earlier revealed how their love journey started in London.
“A journey that started somewhere in London. So glad I am walking down the aisle with you. You’re a blessing to me. Yemmy Yemmy like I love to call YOU. Ololufemi Owon,” he had said while engaging his lover.
“Yemi why did you laugh like that? You thought prophets are not romantic? Haba, some of us are… I know you have bet it with your friends.”
