A Nigerian lady identified as Abike has accused Portable, the fast-rising singer, of abandoning her after he got her pregnant.
In a now-viral video, the lady, who is seen holding a baby, claimed she met the musician at a club last year.
She alleged that the pair had sex thereafter and that the encounter resulted in pregnancy.
She also claimed that when she told Portable about the pregnancy, he gave her money to go for abortion.
Abike said she refused to go for the abortion because it’s against her family’s tradition and that she eventually had the baby.
The lady said she had been trying to reach the ‘Zazoo Zehh’ crooner since he rose into prominence but the singer has been ignoring her.
She pleaded with Nigerians to help her circulate the video and get the musician to support the baby.
“My name is Abike. I and Portable met at a nightclub last year and I spent the night with him as an Olosho (prostitute). At the end of it all, I got pregnant for him,” she said.
“He gave me money to go abort the pregnancy, but I refused to follow his advice because we don’t commit abortion where I come from.
“I gathered recently that Portable has become a celebrity. But he has stopped picking my calls and has not sent money for the baby’s upkeep. Please, Nigerians should have pity on me and help me share this video.”
Portable, whose real name is Habeeb Okikiola, gained traction with his hit track ‘Zazoo Zeh’ featuring Olamide, the rapper, and Poco Lee.
The musician is yet to react to Abike’s claim as of the time of this report.
