Divine Ikubor, Mavin Records-signed Nigerian singer better known as Rema, has dropped the visuals to ‘Lady’, one of the tracks off his recently released EP ‘Bad Commando’.

The video begins with the young singer sitting blindfolded in a dimly lit room as a seductively dressed black lady dances around him — with Rema eulogizing her and trying to make out what’s going on around him.

The young lady, who had stripped off her coat immediately after letting herself into the dark scenery, goes ahead to unbind the black fabric strapped across Rema’s face in a move that ushers the young crooner into a dizzying moment of delusion.

As the scene plays out, the lady-in-black advances towards the singer with hands holding and two lips nearly meeting but Rema suddenly snaps out of the shortlived delusion as the dancing around and gyrating movements continue.

‘Bad Commando‘, a four-track EP wherein ‘Lady’ features, also encompasses tracks like ‘Rewind’, ‘Spaceship Jocelyn’ and ‘Bad Commando’.

It comes as a follow up to Rema’s previous project entitled ‘Freestyle EP’.

Rema has severally made the headlines in recent times amid repeated moments of accolades, awards and releases that have undoubtedly made him one of the Nigerian young artistes to look out for.

Aside from making it into Barrack Obama’s 2019 summer playlist with his song ‘Iron Man’, he also emerged winner of the Headies 2019 ‘Next Rated’ category, a win which dubs him the “most promising act” for the year 2019.

Rema recently featured in Thutmose’s recent EP ‘Don’t Wake Me Up.
