After months of teasing, HBO has released the first official trailer for the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones.
Winter has finally come and it seems that the main clash in this season will be between Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, and all of the North as they prepare for the White Walkers’ invasion.

The trailer, which was released on Tuesday, also provides a glimpse at the rest of the Stark children, including Arya who has returned with a newfound bloodlust.
Before now, HBO had released a couple of teaser trailers featuring mild hints at the future of its beloved characters without including actual footage for the show.
The final season will start airing on April 14.
Meanwhile, it is believed that the final season will have six feature-length episodes, including one that will feature the battle for Winterfell, which is understood to be the longest and most expensive consecutive battle sequence ever committed to film.
