Davido, the Nigerian singer, thrilled the audience with electrifying performance of his hit songs at the 2023 BET Awards.
The award ceremony held in the early hours of Monday at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.
Davido was part of the event’s star-studded lineup which also include Tyga, Ja Rule, Migos, Lil Uzi Vert, Redman, Remy Ma, Big Daddy Kane, and Soulja Boy.
The Nigerian singer dazzled the crowd with energetic performance of ‘Unavailable’ and ‘Feel’.
His performance brought the audience to their feet as they flaunted their dancing steps in excitement.
The annual award recognises outstanding contributions in music, sport, acting, and other fields of entertainment.
This year’s edition was held to commemorate the 50 years anniversary of Hip-Hop. It also featured tributes to late Hip-Hop stars.
Burna Boy was among winners on the night as he bagged the ‘Best International Act’ award again.
The Grammy-winning music star clinched the award for three consecutive years — in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
The latest win makes the ‘Twice As Tall’ crooner the first African artiste to win the category on four occasions.
