Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director-general of the World Trade Organization, on Sunday, showed off her dance moves at her son’s wedding in Germany.
Uzo Iweala, Okonjo-Iweala’s first son, tied the knot with Lotte Elsa in Heidelberg.
Udo Okonjo, Uzo’s aunty, also took to Instagram to share a video from the wedding ceremony.
In the video, Okonjo-Iweala could be seen twirling and spinning across the dance floor with her daughter-in-law.
In the caption, Udo described the weekend as being filled with love and blessings. She also thanked God for the “blessed marriage”.
She hinted that there may be more weddings in the family soon but chose to not give more information.
“The Joy was palpable as we accompanied our big sister Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and Dr. Ikemba Iweala (Uncle Ike) to the traditional marriage of their first son Dr. Uzo Iweala and Lotte in Heidelberg, Germany,” she wrote.
“The weekend has been truly filled with joy, love, and blessings as both families came together for both the traditional and church wedding November 4th and 5th.
“Glory to God for another blessed marriage. It’s raining weddings in our corner. Next stop ✋…. (Lips sealed). Let’s enjoy this one.”
