A video of Mr Macaroni stuffed inside a police truck alongside other protesters arrested over the #OccupyLekkiTollGate demonstration has surfaced online.
TheCable Lifestyle had reported how the entertainer was arrested alongside other protesters in the early hours of Saturday over their involvement in the demonstration.
But shortly after their arrests, another footage appeared showing them in poor conditions without clothes inside the police truck.
In the less than one-minute video, Mr Macaroni and others were seen sweating due to the poor ventilation.
Security operatives could also be heard barking out orders at those inside the van while asking them several questions in quick succession and demanding answers — almost at the same time.
“Put your face for down. Come, are you a musician? Mr Macaroni, what put you into this mess now? Come and sit down here,” the officials could be heard saying.

The arrests of protesters at the tollgate have been trailed by heated outrage with many Nigerians accusing the government of stifling freedom of expression.
Falz had earlier decried that the development showed the Nigerian government’s unwillingness to uphold the rule of law and sustain the country’s democracy.
“The Nigerian government has shown by this senseless act that it is not concerned with upholding our democracy or the rule of law,” he had said.
“They are basically showing that they are not interested in serving justice as regards the 20th of October incident.”
