In October last year, the ace actor revealed he was battling with a life-threatening illness.

Despite donations from all and sundry, one of his legs was amputated after he had undergone seven successful surgeries.

In January, the movie star returned home after months in the hospital before it was reported that his condition had worsened a week ago.

He was then rushed to the intensive care unit (ICU) at Evercare Hospital, Lekki, Lagos where he eventually passed away after suffering from a cardiac arrest.
