Manchester United have enlisted Florence Otedola, a disc jockey better known as DJ Cuppy, for the official unveiling campaign of the club’s third jersey for the 2020/2021 football season.

Cuppy took to her social media page on Tuesday to break the good news to her numerous fans.

“Reveal! As @ManUtd fan, I’m proud to be a part of their official jersey campaign! Ready for the noise! #GGMU #ReadyForSport #CreatedWithAdidas @AdidasFootball,” she wrote on Twitter.

The daughter of Femi Otedola, Nigerian business mogul, had earlier teased fans about the development.

“I have huge football news to announce… 1,000 retweets and I’ll reveal! #CuppyDat,” she had written earlier.

The development comes at about the same time when Burna Boy, Afrofusion singer, also took to his Twitter page to flaunt the club’s new jersey which has his name boldly inscribed on it.

“Honoured to be one of the first to receive this#NewKitAlert.#ReadyForTheNoise@ManUtd,” he wrote.

Cuppy had ditched Arsenal for the Red Devils some months ago — following the latter’s strings of unimpressive run in the English Premier League (EPL).

“I understand a lot of people are upset about my decision to leave after six years being a gunner,” she had said in an emotional-laden video.

“I wanted to come and explain my situation. The heartbreak is too much. I can’t do it anymore.

“After today’s loss. There’s so much I can take during this difficult time, I’d like the press to respect the privacy of myself and Cup cakes as we find a new home.
