Olanrewaju Ogunmefun, Nigerian rapper and songwriter, better known as Vector Tha Viper, is set to collaborate with Davido, Afropo singer, for a new track dubbed ‘Comfort’.
Davido took to his Instagram page on Tuesday to announce the collaboration. He added that the track will be released “soon”.
The announcement comes on the back of a protracted feud between Vector and MI Abaga, a fellow rapper, with whom he has exchanged diss tracks in recent times.
‘Comfort’, which comes after Vector’s release of ‘Tetracycling’ — a diss track for MI Abaga — and the latter’s response track ‘The Viper’, is set to be produced by VSTIX and Mr Eff.
Vector has been in a lyrical war with MI ever since he made mockery of the latter’s brief height in his ‘Tetracycling’ diss — a move which prompted MI to announce his ‘No Snakes Tour’.
The tour, which is set to commence on November 1, and end on the 10th of the same month, would see him visit cities like Montreal, Vancouver, New York, Wahington DC, Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston.
“Finally, we can announce that it’s happening. Excited for this this tour this November. My amazing fan base round the world have always loved me more than I deserve. This is the moment to connect and share vibes. #NoSnakesTour lots of guest surprises! Let’s go,” he wrote in a tweet.

Although the rapper never hinted the tour as his way of getting back at Viper, many of Abaga’s fans believe the tour’s theme is suggestive of just that — especially following his surprise BBNaija performance where he pulled the stunt of trampling on snakes.
