The University of Ibadan (UI) in partnership with Edurex, a technology academy, is offering a range of online professional courses to candidates.
In a statement on Monday, Babatunde Omobowale, UI director of distance learning centre, said the project will empower learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the technology market.
Omobowale said the online courses offered through the partnership will be designed to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
He said the partnership is part of the university’s commitment to expand access to quality education.
“Learners can expect engaging multimedia content and interactive learning modules, ensuring a comprehensive educational experience,” he said.
“Participants will also benefit from the guidance of experienced instructors and access supportive online Community.
“By harnessing the power of technology, we can provide learners with flexible and convenient learning opportunities, empowering them to excel in their chosen fields”.
At the unveiling ceremony, Adedotun Fasiku, the CEO of Edurex, said the expertise of both institutions will be used to create an innovative online learning experience.
“We are excited to join forces with UI to bring high-quality education to learners worldwide,” he said.
“This partnership represents fusion of academic excellence and technological innovation, enabling us to reach learners in every corner of the globe.”
