Netflix has put out the official trailer for the second season of the reality TV series titled ‘Young, Famous, & African’.

The reality TV series follows the tale of a group of young, affluent, and famous A-list media personalities.

Hailing from South Africa, Nigeria, and East Africa, the aspirational who’s who of music, media, fashion, and Instagram stars come together in Johannesburg.

They are on a quest to find love, rekindle old flames, and reboot struggling relationships as they continue to shine bright.

Netflix described the second season of the show as the “fun and flirty season.”

“The deck is stacked and so is the drama. The kings and queens of reality are back – but these stars aren’t the only ones whipping out drama,” the streaming giant said.

‘Young, Famous & African’ season 2 features new stars like Bonang Matheba, the media personality; Luis Munana, the designer; and Fantana, the rapper/singer.

Others are Sebabatso Mothibi and Rosette Ncwana.

The returning key cast are Khanyi Mbau, Diamond Platnumz, Zari the Boss Lady, Annie Macaulay-Idibia and Innocent ‘2Baba’ Idibia.

Other cast members are Nadia Nakai, Swanky Jerry, Naked DJ, Kayleigh Schwark and Andile Ncube.

“Everyone here have achieved the most but things are about to get messy,” Khanyi Mbau said.

The latest series is expected to premiere on May 19.
