MGBN Miss Tourism, Winfrey Okolo, has shared with TheCable Lifestyle the top five places she believes “everyone should visit in Nigeria”.
Here goes:
La Campagne Tropicana
“The very beautiful and Nigerian La Campagne Tropicana, Lagos state. The ambience, the food, the people and very importantly the attention to detail, are simply amazing. And Lagos state as a whole as it depicts the true essence of a typical Nigerian.”
Obudu Cattle Ranch, Tinapa
“Absolutely absolutely amazing. Right from the trip there to the actual experience itself. And of course Tinapa and the Calabar carnival during the yuletide. It’s one exciting experience.”
Plateau state
“The whole of Plateau as a state. With one of the best climates in Nigeria, it has a beautiful landscape with rock parks, amazing food and great people.”
Yankari Game Reserve
“Yankari Game Reserve in Bauchi State. I haven’t been there but I’ve read and I’ve heard of what a beauty it is and it’s definitely on my to-do list at the moment.”
Gurara Falls
“Gurara falls, Niger state. It’s a pleasant display of nature.”
