Tems, the Nigerian singer, has shared what she perceives to be the intentions of most men going into relationships.

During an interview with the YouTube content creator Korty EO, the Grammy-winning artiste was asked if she had ever been in love.

Tems responded by claiming that many men only want sex in relationships.

“A lot of guys, they are very obvious. There is no agenda but to penetrate,” she said.

Tems has no publicly disclosed relationship yet.

In May, she revealed she has “never been on a bad date”.

The singer added that she possesses the ability to discern when it comes to men.

Tems rose to fame in 2020 with her collaboration with Wizkid on the hit song ‘Essence’.

She released her debut EP ‘For Broken Ears’ in the same year.

In 2023, Tems won her first Grammy award in the ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ category for her role in ‘Wait for U’, a song by Future featuring Drake.

In March, she was honoured with the ‘Breakthrough Award’ at the Billboard Women in Music Awards.

Her debut album ‘Born in the Wild’, featuring J. Cole and Asake, is set for release on June 7.

Tems has also announced that she will embark on a world tour from June 12 to November 15.
