Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) has taken to social media to celebrate his 23rd wedding anniversary with his wife Jumobi.

In an Instagram post on Friday, the ace actor wondered how they have managed to stay married for 23 years.

The film star also shared a photo of the couple with smiles etched on their faces.

“Abiks, how are we even 23 years in this journey of life together?” RMD asked.

Colleagues and fans have taken to the comment section of the post to send their congratulatory messages to the lovebirds.

RMD tied the knot with Jumobi on December 20, 2000. The couple marked their 22nd wedding anniversary last year.

The couple has four children together.

May Ellen-Ezekiel, the actor’s first wife, died in 1996.

In September, RMD revealed why actors struggle to remain faithful in marriage.

“It is very hard to be faithful in marriage because of the line of work that we are in. Every one of us that is married, we are the target. Look at how women are, how can you escape it? Women are like Delilah, they are like Jezebel,” the ace actor said.

RMD gained prominence in Nollywood for his part in the late 80’s television soap opera titled ‘Ripples’.
