Rihanna, the award-winning singer, has welcomed her second child with A$AP Rocky, her rapper boyfriend.

According to TMZ, a source revealed that the Barbadian songstress delivered her newborn baby earlier in August.

The source said the baby arrived on August 3 in Los Angeles and it is a boy.

The 35-year-old announced her second pregnancy when she appeared in a visible baby bump for the Super Bowl 57 halftime show in February.

Rihanna said she had contemplated whether she would perform at the event.

“I was like, ‘You sure? I’m three months postpartum. Should I be making major decisions like this right now? I might regret this,’” she had said.

“When you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you could take on the world — you can do anything.

“And the Super Bowl is one of the biggest stages in the world, so as scary as that was … there’s something exhilarating about the challenge of it all. It’s important for my son to see that.”

Rihanna and Rocky sparked their relationship in December 2020 after being longtime friends.

In 2020, the singer also spoke about her plans to have kids in the next 10 years with or without a partner.

In May 2022, the celebrity couple welcomed their first child.
