The pair shared lovey-dovey moments that left tongues wagging during their stint in the 2022 edition of the show titled ‘Level Up’.

In a chat with Joy PrimeTV, Phyna said her relationship with Groovy was initially genuine.

“Originally, getting into the relationship was genuine for me, until I found out that it wasn’t genuine for him” she said.

“So, when I heard that he wanted another girl, although I liked him so much, but when I found out the way it was going, I just had to be smart.

“I’m an Edo girl, and we don’t carry last, so when I found out, I already knew it was a game and I am someone that once I need something I can bend so low to get it.

“So, I continued playing my game, everyone was shipping the relationship, but I knew what I was doing. I realized myself when I found out that there where other girls he liked.

“And I also heard another of my colleagues advising him to stick with me because I looked strong, so that when they go outside he can move ahead with the other girl.

“And this didn’t just come from one person, but I heard this particular statement in the house, but I had to be smart.

“But I came outside and realized that more housemates had also said that to him to stick with me because I looked strong.

“I was like cool, I played the game and I played it really nice, a lot of people didn’t know in the house, they all thought I was into him, but I knew what I was doing.”
