Laugh Fest, which was held on World Malaria Day, united entertainers and fans in Ikoyi.

The annual event hosted by the actress’ Joyful Joy Foundation is aimed to raise awareness against malaria.

This year’s edition saw celebrities turn out en mass and featured entertaining performances in support of the cause.

Anchored by the comedienne Chigurl, the event played host to the likes of Toke Makinwa, Tola Odunsi, and Alex Unusual.

Others who were present are Kunle Remi, Pretty Mike, Bella Okagbue, Sheggz, and Arese Ugwu.

The night commenced with magic tricks by Babs Cardini followed by the singing of the national anthem.

The comedians Buchi, Real Warri Pikin, and Ushbebe brought laughter to the guests with their jokes.

The audience was left in awe as Johnny Drille serenaded the crowd with his ‘How Are You (My Friend)’ hit.

Attendees were treated to food and drinks, as they danced and networked at W Bar, the venue of the day.

The event aimed to raise funds to combat malaria in the country.

Guests were made to bid generously for celebrity dates with Kimoprah, Kunle Remi, and Osas Ighodaro.

The artiste Young John closed the show with his pulsating beats and energetic performance.
