Mr Eazi, the Nigerian singer, has proposed to Temi, daughter of Femi Otedola, the billionaire businessman.

In a short video shared by Temi on her Twitter page, the duo could be seen at a seashore, where the musician went down on one knee to seek her hands in marriage.

The video ends with Temi accepting his proposal after which the duo could be seen passionately kissing.

The budding actress and her singer boyfriend have been dating since 2017.

In that same year, the ‘Leg Over’ singer, who is having a fantastic run in his music career, had spoken about his relationship with Temi.

“It is one of the highlights of my year. It’s been one of the nicest things to happen to me this year. You know love is sweet. At least I have more inspiration for plenty songs,” he had said.

“So don’t be shocked that my new songs are going to be love-based.”

In 2020, the billionaire businessman had asked the pair when they plan to get married.

Mr Eazi, whose real name is Oluwatosin Ajibade, broke into the Nigerian music space with ‘Skin Tight’.

He then followed through with other hit singles before releasing ‘Life Is Eazi, Vol. 1 – Accra To Lagos’, his second mixtape, which was released on February 10, 2017.

The 30-year-old singer won the ‘Next Rated Awards’ at the Headies, and the ‘Most Promising Act’ and ‘Act to Watch’ at the Nigeria Entertainment Awards in 2016. 

Temi Otedola, on the other hand, is a 26-year-old graduate of Art History at the University College London.

She is a blogger, who made her acting debut as a lead character in ‘Citation’, a Kunle Afolayan film.

The role in the film earned her an award at the Ghana Movie Awards for ‘Best Actress’. She was also nominated for ‘Revelation of the Year’ at the Best of Nollywood Awards in 2020.
