Patrick Doyle, the ace actor, has labelled men who engage in online fights with their partners as “low-life specie”.

In a recent Facebook post, Doyle also emphasised the need for men to deal with their relationship issues privately.

“It takes a special specie of low-life man to be engaged in social media saga yabis with a woman he has been intimate with,” he wrote.

Also sharing his own experience — while reacting to a curious follower — the 62-year-old said: “I have had cause to be tempted to engage in brickbats, however, I had the presence of mind to resist the temptation.

“I restate, I will never speak ill in public of any woman that afforded me the privilege of being intimate with her.”

In January, Ireti Doyle, Patrick’s ex-wife, confirmed her divorce from the actor. The celebrity couple tied the knot in 2004.

Doyle’s post is coming at about the same time when Isreal, Davido’s logistics manager, ended his marriage with Sheila David.

While announcing the end of his one-year marriage, Isreal had called out Sheila, saying she “deceived me into thinking I could have peace with her”.

He also said their union hit the rocks after Sheila attempted “to set standards for me,” believing she is now an “Instagram celebrity”.

The pair would later engage in a heated war of words on social media.
