Oritsefemi, Nigerian singer and songwriter, has been hospitalised after surviving a ghastly road accident.
The musician broke the news in a series of posts showing his damaged car via his Instagram stories on Sunday.
He also shared photos and video clips of himself receiving treatment at a yet-to-be-identified health facility.
It remains unclear what led to the accident.
The ‘Double Wahala’ crooner also shared a photo of one of the policemen attached to him who got injured during the car crash.
With several awards and recognition, Oritsefemi has established himself as a popular figure in the Nigerian music landscape.
The singer tied the knot with Nabila Fash, his lover, in 2017 but his marriage has witnessed crisis over allegations of infidelity.
In February, the spotlight had beamed on the 36-year-old musician after Fash accused him of cheating on her.
The musician, however, dismissed the allegation and swore to “die untimely” if he ever committed adultery as claimed.
“If I ever had sex yesterday with anybody let me die untimely. I am leaving in peace, bye,” he had said.
“Y’all has been saying shit that my wife is the one feeding me. Even her salary no reach the amount wey I dey charge for ordinary collaborations alone, na why I tell her to establish herself.”
