The ‘Survive’ crooner spoke about the YBNL boss during the latest episode of the Echo Room podcast.

Jaido said he respects Olamide, adding that the YBNL head honcho “actually understands music”.

He also described the ‘Who You Epp’ singer as “crazy when it comes to making music”.

“Olamide is far gone musically, he is far gone. I was expecting him to be this kind of person because you know he’s already a big person. There was that kind of expectation,” he said.

“But when I got to him. When we started making music, the kind of stuff he did was way higher than my expectation. I now found out that he actually understands music, like what it entails.

“I’ve been listening to Olamide for a while, I didn’t even know that he was that consistent. Olamide is too bad, at a point people were asking me do you write for Olamide?

“Olamide is crazy when it comes to making music, he’s crazy. Ask anyone who has been in the studio with him, they’ll tell you don’t go there.”

The two rappers have released two songs together. They put out ‘Tesina Pot’ in 2020 and ‘Survive’ in 2021.
