Silverbird Group, the organisers of the Miss Universe Nigeria contest, has unveiled its final contestants.
The Miss Universe Nigeria contest was unveiled in May while the screening was held at the Silverbird Galleria in Abuja, on August 18.
The eligibility criteria allowed contestants who are single, married, single mothers, or divorced to participate.
This included slender or plus-size contestants between the ages of 18 and 28.
After the screening exercise, 37 contestants from all states and the FCT were selected to compete for the maiden edition of the 2023 Miss Universe Nigeria.
The winner will get the chance to represent Nigeria internationally at Miss Universe later this year.
Other compensations include cash prizes and brand endorsement deals.
