Michael B Jordan, the American actor, and Lori Harvey, her model partner, have broken up.
According to People, a source close to the couple confirmed the development.
The source did not reveal in detail the reason why they called it quits.
The break-up between the duo comes after they had dated for about a year and a half.
“Michael and Lori are both completely heartbroken. They still love each other,” the source was quoted as saying.
“Michael matured a lot over the course of their relationship and was ready to commit for the long term.
“He let down his guard with her, opening up emotionally in a romantic relationship for the first time.
“They had great times together and brought out the best in each other.”
Lori Harvey, beyond modeling, doubles as an entrepreneur and socialite.
She is the adoptive daughter of the comedian Steve Harvey.
Lori was signed to LA Model Management agency in the US as well as Select Model Management in Europe.
Joran, in turn, is known for his film role as the shooting victim Oscar Grant in ‘Fruitvale Station’ (2013).
He also played the boxer Donnie Creed in ‘Creed’ (2015) and Erik Killmonger in ‘Black Panther’ (2018).
Lori and Jordan started dating in November 2020.
