Linc Edochie, the Nollywood actor, has called out his wife Yinka Theisen following her decision to share the phone number of May Edochie.
May is the estranged wife of Linc’s brother Yul Edochie.
The controversy began when Yinka posted May’s phone number in a now-deleted Instagram post, accusing her of previously sharing her own contact details.
“You distributed my number, so there,” Yinka wrote. “This level of insanity needs to stop. I’m working on changing my number, but the whole world needs to know. Enough is enough.”
Though she did not specify the exact issue between them, her post sparked widespread criticism, with many condemning her for violating May’s privacy.
Reacting in an Instagram post, Linc clarified that he did not support Yinka’s actions.
Emphasizing the importance of mutual respect, he hinted at underlying tensions in their relationship.
“I usually don’t make careless speeches but I want to set the record straight. I am a man of peace and value my sanity,” he wrote.
“For the records, I did not endorse the recent attacks on May neither did I endorse posting her number online which has triggered meaningless retaliation.
“We may not all agree with each other but we can respect one another… Better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines. Respect.”
