In a court document obtained by TheCable, Ojo listed Lateef Lawal, Anjorin’s husband, among those sued for demolishing structures on her property.

Reports suggested Lawal escaped arrest in Ikoyi on February 5.

Ojo is seeking N30 million in compensation and demands the defendants cover litigation costs.

She also seeks a perpetual injunction against them from entering or developing the land.

Ojo confirmed the allegations to be true via her Instagram page on Monday.

She claimed to have purchased the land four years ago to build an orphanage home.

“Yes I can confirm that the story is genuine and the land belongs to me,” she wrote.

“I purchased the said land 4 years ago and I planned to build an orphanage.”

In response to the allegations, Anjorin challenged Ojo to provide receipts of her claims, if she does not have ulterior motives to set her up or destroy her.

“Madam we sympathise with you… Can you post the receipt of those that collected money from you or you are try to change the narrative? If you are not in a game to set me up to destroy me kindly help us with receipt of ur claims,” she wrote.
