Kingsley Okonkwo, the Nigerian singer better known as Kcee, has come through with a new song titled ‘Ojaginger’.
The musician announced the song’s release via his Instagram page.
“The wait is over! Ojaginger is out now on all platforms. Let’s go,” he wrote.
“Ojaginger (Visualizer) My blood you killed this one back to back. Ojapiano and Ojaginger to the world.”
In ‘Ojaginger’, Kcee showcases his musical prowess while ensuring perfect harmony between his vocals and the beat.
“I need a little lemon and ginger/ she got the vibe/ she got the vibe mamacita/ back in the days I dey see her for Twitter/ oh my God the way you move senorita/ as I dey sing/ she dey dance like ninja,” he sings.
“Sing my song everybody dey scatter/ Ojopiano everybody dey ginger/ it’s a new vibe/everybody dey feel am/ it’s like a dream come through/ I got a lot of people confused about my cruise/ so many people outside my window/ I see the party everybody dey scatter.”
‘Ojaginger’ comes on the back of the success of ‘Ojapiano’, the singer’s chart-topping song.
The music star is currently signed to the Five Star Music label.
In a recent interview, Kcee opened up on why he decided to mask his face.
Me wearing my mask, I’m all masked up. It’s just a new Kcee. It’s a new season of dum dum and I just decided to cover my face,” he said.
“You guys have been seeing my face for almost 24/25 years. This time around I chose to cover it up and just give it some Lagbaja 2.0, Kcee 2.0.”
