Katie Price, an English media personality, has reportedly been banned from having sex for two weeks following a surgery on her foot due to a horrible injury she sustained in Turkey.
According to The Sun UK, the ban comes after doctors advised the 42-year-old former glamour model that she should lie down and not move for a fortnight when she gets home after the operation.
The mother of five broke her foot while on holiday with Carl Woods, her boyfriend, as well as two of her children — Junior, 15, and Princess, 13.
She was said to have broken the bones in both feet as well as her ankle during the incident.
Price is currently on a recovery process and had a five-hour operation on Friday, with Woods aiding her mobility into the hospital.
She has been told that she won’t be able to walk for up to six months as her body heals from the injuries.
A source told the media outlet that the model will have to remain on her back with both legs elevated in order to get back on her feet.
“Katie’s been told she has to lie down and not move for two weeks when she gets home,” the source was quoted as saying.
“She will have to keep her legs elevated to give her the best chance of recovery – and that means no sex or moving around.
“Carl will basically be her full time carer – the only time she’s allowed to move is to go to the toilet.
“It’s going to be a real test but Katie will be following doctor’s orders.”
