Cynthia, the wife of Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, has revealed she wants a boy as her third child.
Cynthia and Ebuka got engaged in April 2015 after dating for a while and tied the knot on February 6, 2016.
The union has been blessed with two daughters — Jeweluchi and Irubinachi.
In the recent episode of Mum’s Next Door, Cynthia said she desire to have another child but “my prayers will be to have a boy”.
“Yes, why not? I definitely want one more child. I have two girls now so my prayers will be to have a boy,” she said.
Replying to the host who asked if Ebuka also wants another child, she replied, “It is not Ebuka’s decision. It is mine”.
The YouTuber also disclosed that Ebuka wanted only one child because of the cost of caring for children.
“My husband actually wanted one child. He said because he wants to be able to give the child the best,” she added.
“He said school fees, everything are so expensive so one is fine. But now, he is obsessed with our kids and I’m sure if we have the third he will equally be obsessed.”
Ebuka earlier recalled how he met Cynthia on Twitter. He said he was sure he wanted to marry her just after two months of friendship.
In 2022, Ebuka praised Cynthia for staying strong despite their past struggles.
He described her as a “shining star” who has shown him what “kindness, loyalty and selfless love” look like.
