White Money, the former Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, says his fans should expect a forthcoming movie he described as “Netflix standard.”
The reality star spoke at the premiere of ‘Real Housewives of Lagos’ on Saturday. White Money, however, didn’t reveal the title or date for the release of the movie.
The singer, who won the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ edition of BBNaija, also said he will release a new project to consolidate his musical career after the reception of ‘Selense’, his first single since the reality show.
“I have done a movie already. A cinema movie and a Netflix standard, it will be out soon,” he said.
“Fans should expect a lot from me soon, my EP is definitely going to be released before the end of this month.”
Reacting to criticisms that trailed ‘Selense’, White Money, whose real name is Hazel Onou, said he’s unperturbed by critics.
The reality star also said his detractors want him to remain a “former BBNaija housemate” even after the end of the show.
“The people who criticised that song have it in their playlist, they listen to it, but because there is this stereotypical thing about people who don’t want us ex-Big Brother housemates to do what we want,” he said.
“They want us to continue to be housemates even when we are outside of the house. It’s a thing that has been lingering for long.”
