The multinational tech giant, which routinely puts together search metrics in every country, announced this in a statement on Monday.

Afolabi has been in the public eye since she revealed she was diagnosed with lupus — an incurable inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues.

This caught the interest of her fans and the general public and triggered a spike in the search for the term ‘lupus’ and the question, ‘what is lupus?’
