TheCable Lifestyle had earlier reported how the governor was selected as the chief host for BON’s 2019 award event, slated for December 14, in Kano.

On Wednesday, Ganduje unveiled the state’s “right to host” the award in presence of prominent politicians, showbusiness magnates, and other stakeholders.

“We’re are excited that Best of Nollywood is taking here and this is history in the making for the good people of Kano State,” he said as Seun Oloketuyi, CEO of BON, presented him with the certificate.
