Taylor Swift, US singer and songwriter, has come in at number one on Forbes’ ‘top-earning musicians of 2019’ list.

The talented musician raked in an estimated $185 million in pre-tax earnings from June 2018 to June 2019, “thanks to a new record deal, a bevy of endorsements, and the tail end of her most recent tour,” said the magazine.

The feat — which is her second in five years — caps what has been a remarkable year for the pop star.

It also comes a few weeks after the 29-year-old vocalist won ‘Artist of the Decade’ alongside five other major awards at the 2019 edition of American Music Awards (AMAs), smashing the 24-award tally previously held by Michael Jackson, late American pop star.
