The 37-year-old songwriter brought this revelation to light in a recent interview with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on ‘BlackBox’.

“I was a virgin up till 24. Remember I told you about the first man that took me in, that I served. I told you there was no television, no woman, no alcohol. No sex until I was 24-year-old and the first time I had sex everything happened while I was working,” he said.

“The first time it happened, I can tell you about that. We had a show for the opening of a big hotel they just built in Enugu. They brought a lot of girls from ESUT, IMT and others, and we were the band.

“At that time I didn’t know anything, I was just on the piano playing and singing at the same time. There was a lady sitting by the side of the guy in charge. As I was playing she came up the stage and was all smiles, vibing with me.

“She started spraying and looking at me in some type of way. After playing we went to a club in the hotel that they were also opening that night. Then the girl came to me and was like ‘Hey remember? You were the one that was playing right’ and I said yes.

“She asked me to come to the pool with her and I agreed. From there she found out I was a virgin and she said ‘you know what, I’m going to make you a man.”
