Chinedu Okoli, an Igbo highlife singer better known as Flavour, has announced the release date for his new album.
The singer took to his Twitter page to share the artwork for the forthcoming project which he titled ‘Flavour of Africa’.
Flavour also disclosed that the album will be released on December 4.
The singer’s self-titled project follows after the success of ‘Awele’, his four-track 2018 EP featuring Umu Obiligbo, a highlife duo.

It also comes after his last five albums including ‘Ijele the Traveler’ (2017), ‘Thankful’ (2014), ‘Blessed’ (2012), ‘Uplifted’ (2010), and ‘Nabania’, Flavour’s first album which was released back in 2005.
Speaking after the release of his fifth album, the 36-year-old singer had said: “As a musician, I’ve transformed, evolved, and transcended within my music and social responsibilities.
“I am proud to share this journey with my fans and listeners far and wide. Music is in my blood, it’s all I know.”
